MOOSE!!
I will be dining on Moose tonight. It’s swimming in a marinade I just threw together. I don’t have a grill or cast iron pan, so I’m just going to broil it and hope it doesn’t come out like boot rubber. Exciting!

Broiled it. Burnt it slightly. It’s not horrible, but it’s not to-die-for, either. At least I can check it off my list of things to try.
